PRIVATE SPORT PERFORMANCE & STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Athletes can improve their sport performance through individualized sport specific strength and conditioning programs which also emphasize speed, agility, footwork, explosion and change in direction. Programs are designed to focus on the various muscles and agility needed in each individual sport and include warm-ups and cool-downs to enhance performance and prevent injury. Specific sports include Lacrosse, Golf, Field Hockey and Racquet sports, but programs can be designed upon request.
TEAM STRENGTH & CONDITIONING/SPORTS PERFORMANCE
"One time clinics", (pre-season or season long) strength and conditioning programs for teams can be provided. In this case a sport specific program is designed for a particular school or club team. The objective is to fill the strength and conditioning void in most middle and high school or club programs and help teams meet the next level of performance. Private One-on-one coaching or group clinics are offered for youth (boys and girls) from 5th grade through college. State of the art technology and the latest mobile applications are used to connect with young athletes and reinforce the latest form, drills, and skills learned in each session. Individualized attention and fun, creative teaching make Coach Kirby's sessions even more productive for all athletes.
